geometricintelligence.ai is a public reference site operated by KTS Global. This notice describes what personal data is processed by the site and by the enquiry form, and how it is handled.
What this notice covers.
This notice covers the geometricintelligence.ai website only. Personal data processed elsewhere by KTS Global under other engagements is governed by separate arrangements with those parties.
Data collected by the site.
- Enquiry form submissions. When you submit the Briefing form, the site processes the name, email address, organisation, role, mandate type, jurisdiction (if provided) and message you enter. This information is relayed server-side to enquires@ktsglobal.live for review by the KTS Global office.
- Server access records. The hosting platform records standard access information (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user agent) for security and operational purposes. These records are held by the hosting provider and are not used for analytics or profiling by this site.
- No analytics scripts. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts are loaded by this site.
Why data is processed.
- To review and respond to enquiries submitted through the Briefing form.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the site.
- To respond to reasoned requests for correction of factual claims published on the site.
Personal data submitted through the Briefing form is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties other than the mail-relay provider used to deliver the enquiry to enquires@ktsglobal.live.
How long data is kept.
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonable for the purpose for which it was received, and in accordance with KTS Global\'s internal records policy. Server access records held by the hosting provider are retained according to that provider\'s standard retention windows.
Rights and requests.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of, personal data you have submitted through the Briefing form. Requests should be sent to enquires@ktsglobal.live with the subject line "geometricintelligence.ai — privacy request".
Cookies.
This site does not set cookies of its own. The hosting platform may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site. No advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are set by this site.
