A request to correct or update a claim published on this site. Corrections supported by independent evidence are reviewed and, where accepted, recorded in the change register on the Timeline page.
Editorial or media
Enquiries from editors, journalists, or reviewers seeking a citable account of the initiative. Preferred routing is through this form so responses can be centrally logged.
